Seriously, how can the US Military not provide body armor for our troops and in the very next breath ban privately purchased body armor; claiming they cannot guarantee its effectiveness?

If one was to apply a microgram of intelligence to this situation… even the most mentally inept would see this ban as a monumental leap of stupidity.

How could anyone stare into the eyes of our troops and tell them to remove their privately purchased armor and enter the battle field unprotected?

Of course, Halliburton Employees will get to keep their privately purchased blast walls right?
